For a long time scientists have been carrying out experiments on animals for different reasons.Some experiments can be useful for people's health. But there is an opinion that it is wrong to exploit animals in this way. However, there are both good and bad points in this stage.
Undoubtedly, we have to admit there are many benefits for people, which we have not got without scientists' experiments. At first, cloning animals gives us exciting possibilities. For instance, many people are in need of organs for transplantation. It is not easy to get such organs as heart or liver. Cloning can solve this problem. Secondly, scientists develop drugs to cure different diseases. There is no animal alternatives to test new medicines on. The only reliable method is to experiment on humans, but this is even more inadmissible(честно говоря лучше др слово. но я не придумала) than to use animals. Thirdly, experiments on animals help us to understand how humans and animals function.
However, many people object to such use of animals. Of course there are shortcomings in using animals in different experiments. For example, many cosmetics companies perform experiments on our small brothers(я не знаю можно так или нет надоело все время animals) for cosmetics tests. We should avoid it , as such experiments are unnecessary for people. Secondly, there is point of view that it is morally unacceptable to experiment on animals, especially for those who believe that animals shouls be accorded the same rights as humans.
In conclusion I would like to say we can not avoid from experiments on animals as they have proved to be a big benefit for the mankind. But we must to behave kindly and with respect to animals, with the minimum violence and cruelty.

These days we all are exposed to a continuous chain of adver¬tising messages. Sometimes advertising may be entertaining and sometimes it may disgust us. But does it really do anything to us? Can advertising be a positive force in society, or does it deserve to be avoided?
On the one hand, we cannot imagine our world without any advertising. It would be impossible to learn about new products, films or travel options. Besides, advertisements help people get the best value for their money as they have access to price informa¬tion, availability of products, and improvements being made. On the other hand, clever and informative advertisements help com¬panies sell their products and develop their business. Many TV companies also get most of their, money from advertising.
But it cannot be denied that advertising does have its draw¬backs. Some advertisements show life unrealistically and give un¬true information. In adverts all people seem to be happy consum¬ers, all kids seem to be healthy and well off. But this is not true at all. In addition, adverts do not talk about products defects. What is more, advertising increases prices for consumers and put pres¬sure on them making them buy things they don't need. I also think that we should not advertise alcoholic drinks and cigarettes as these products are really harmful.
In conclusion, I'd like to say advertising is very important in our society nowadays. We need advertising, but it needs to be done correctly. Otherwise it will mean annoying consumers and wasting money.
17. It is common knowledge that “stars” receive much more money than, for example: doctors and teachers. Of course it is impossible to imagine our life without famous people nowadays. But we have to solve this problem out.
It is well known that everyone is interested in different famous people because of their achievements. But it doesn’t mean that we can forget about doctors, teachers and etc. Doctors make out life much more safety , teachers gives us a great knowledge, but most of “stars” do not nothing handy to us. We only spend our leisure-time on watching them.
As far as I am concerned, I think that government has to do something with this problem. There is no point in saying that teachers and doctors receive small money but our life depends on their work. I my own view we can help them in one way too. There is no need in spending all our time on different parts of mass media-we have to stop doing that .
In conclusion I would like to say, that TV, radio and other parts of mass media have become part and parcel of our life and they help us to escape from daily routine but we are in need of people than can make out life much more safety and comfortable.
